After an early morning music rehearsal and afternoon playing with kitties and studying for exams, I visited the gym this evening. Did some weight lifting for about 10 minutes, followed by 10 minutes of walking/running, and another 5 minutes fight training on the punching bag. With that, I succeeded in one of my goals for this week, to work out at least twice. Unfortunately, weening myself off of fizzing ale has proven to be far more difficult...
As fellow fizzy ale addict, I know all too well your pain. I hope that with time and perseverance, you can grow to incorporate fizzy ale as a choice, not as a need.
